What shipping methods do we offer?

For shipping purposes, items are divided into two categories:
- The package will be delivered by Pronto Lanka (PVT) Limited, Domestic Express (Pvt) Ltd, CERTIS LANKA COURIER, Prompt Xpress, CITYPAK – IML DELIVERY SYSTEMS (PVT) LTD, GTV Enterprises GTV Courier Sri Lanka, Express Parcel Service, IML Sri Lanka, Parcel Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
- Shipping alternatives with delivery times listed.
- Packages weighing less than 150 pounds.
- Sent by a reputable carrier that specializes in large package delivery.
- The type of delivery is listed in the shipping options.
- Delivery usually takes one to three weeks.
We are unable to send to P.O. boxes or military APO addresses. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, you may be subject to additional taxes or shipping limitations.

Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we use domestic courier services in our home nations to ship things within Sri Lanka, and international courier services to ship internationally.
Do we offer free shipping?
Yes, our suppliers occasionally give free shipping based on the total amount of our customers' orders, but this is dependent on the demands of our suppliers and product promotions. Please read the shipping details of each product before placing your order to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information possible.
Can we ship a product overnight?
Yes, our suppliers occasionally have branches in our customer area, whether domestic or international. If that's the case, we'll arrange for delivery the next day.
What happens if your order arrives damaged?
Communication is essential; you may always reach out to us via our hotlines or send us the evidence. Then we'll engage with the applicable goods or service provider to work out a replace, return or refund arrangement with you.
